We design our products to make your life better using top quality materials and craftsmanship. If you are not happy with our products, please email us within 5 days of delivery and will try our best to work something out.
Our products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for six months from the day of shipping.
Our products are carefully packaged and are shipped through Canada Post. We usually ship within one business day. Shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery address.
International customers are responsible for duties and customs charges in their country. Please contact your local customs office for threshold limits in your area.
Once the products have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
Warranty & Returns
The warranty does not extend to damage from abuse, exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or impacts, regardless of force. Warranty is valid only with the order number and matching email address. The purchase of any 600sq product via a third party vendor will not be covered by our warranty policy.
If you want a refund you can send the product you purchased from 600sq back to us within 14 days in it’s original packaging for a refund.
You will receive a refund in the amount equal to the purchase price of the product you are returning not including original shipping and handling cost. From the purchase price the cost of return shipping & handling and a restocking fee will be deducted as well.
Original shipping and handling cost (for shipping the product to you) is non-refundable. If, for any reason, the 600sq product you are returning is damaged, any of its parts are missing, or any of the packaging is missing, 600sq reserves the right to deduct from your refund to reflect the replacement cost of damaged or missing parts or packaging.
